1 Do iSure Coins expire?
No. iSure Coins stay in your wallet until you use them.
2 How much is one iSure Coin?
₹2 per coin when you recharge a custom amount (minimum 10, maximum 100,000 coins). Packs can include bonus coins.
3 What do I get when I unlock an AI tool?
The tool opens for a timed session with a set number of AI runs, shown before you confirm. Opening it again during that session does not charge you again.
4 Can I use a coupon?
Yes. Enter it on the checkout page. A coupon can be for iSure Coins, memberships, courses or everything; if it makes the order free, it completes without a payment.
5 Can I pay a course fee with iSure Coins?
Yes. At course checkout you can use your coins at ₹2 each and pay the rest online. At least ₹1 is paid online unless your coins cover the whole fee.
6 Are iSure Coin purchases refundable?
Coins are credited immediately and are non-refundable once credited. If you were charged but the coins did not arrive, contact us within 7 days and we will refund you.
7 Can I turn iSure Coins into money?
No. Only Campus CEOs can redeem the coins they earned as Campus CEO rewards (at ₹0.50 per coin). Bought coins can never be redeemed.
8 How do I pay?
Securely through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Every successful purchase has a PDF invoice in your iSure Coin history.
