Frequently asked questions
1 Who pays for the Campus Membership?
Your college or university arranges it with Intern Stump. Learners do not pay anything to redeem the code or to unlock the AI tools while the membership is active.
2 How many learners can use one code?
Each code has a fixed number of learner seats, agreed with your institution. Every learner who redeems the code - or whom you add in the Institution Portal - uses one seat. When all seats are used, no new learners can join until more seats are added.
3 When does the membership end?
Every code has a validity date. Until then, every learner with a seat unlocks the AI tools free - even after all seats are used. After it ends, the code can no longer be redeemed and tool unlocks go back to iSure Coins. Validity can be extended on request.
4 Is there a limit on free tool unlocks?
Your institution decides. A membership can give unlimited free unlocks, or a set number of free unlocks per learner. Learners see how many they have left on their Recharge iSure Coins page.
5 Where do learners enter the code?
After logging in, learners open Recharge iSure Coins and enter it under "Have a Campus Membership code?". The membership activates immediately.
6 Can a learner redeem the same code twice, or two codes?
No. A learner can redeem a code only once, and only one Campus Membership can be active on an account at a time.
7 What happens when we add a learner in the portal?
The learner gets an invitation email. If they already have a verified account with that email, they are linked straight away; otherwise their free access starts as soon as they sign up and verify that email address. Removing a learner frees the seat again.
8 Do learners keep their account after the membership ends?
Yes. Their Intern Stump account, LMS ID and history stay. They can keep using the site with iSure Coins or an individual membership.
9 What does an individual membership add?
A Campus Membership covers the AI tools. An individual Intern Stump Membership also unlocks paid masterclasses, member CertiQ quizzes and a membership certificate - a learner can hold both.
