Dimpu Sarath Kumar is an entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Intern Stump, an upskilling company dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry. Despite coming from a middle-class background, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 22 with a vision to provide skill-based training for rural and semi-urban students. Under his leadership, Intern Stump has evolved into a comprehensive learning platform offering programs in Communication, Technical, Programming, and Management domains.

In addition to Intern Stump, he founded Career Stump, a student community platform, and Codemyric IT Solutions and Digital Solutions, expanding his footprint into technology and digital innovation. His innovative approaches in Human Resource and Organizational Management are redefining how talent aligns with organizational goals. Driven by a mission to transform internships into meaningful experiences, Dimpu aims to empower students with real-world exposure and practical skills that prepare them for the future of work.
