Dimpu Sarath Kumar

Dimpu Sarath Kumar is Founder and CEO of Intern Stump and he is an education entrepreneur, researcher, and academician committed to transforming learning and workforce readiness in India. He is currently a Ph.D. Scholar in Human Resource Management at SR University, where his research interests focus on HRM, organizational behavior, and people-centric leadership practices.

With a strong interdisciplinary academic background, he holds an MBA in HRM and Finance, an MA in Political Science, and is pursuing an M.Com, enabling him to integrate management, governance, and financial perspectives into both research and professional practice.

At just 22 years of age, despite coming from a rural background, Dimpu Sarath Kumar began his entrepreneurial journey and currently serves as the Managing Director & CEO of Intern Stump. Under his leadership, the organization has evolved into a dynamic ed-tech and upskilling platform focused on bridging the gap between academia and industry through practical, industry-aligned learning programs.

In addition to Intern Stump, he is also the Founder of Career Stump and Codemyric Solutions, initiatives aimed at career mentorship, student communities, and digital solutions that support skill development and professional growth.
